As an accredited Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) therapist registered with the BABCP and a postgraduate training in Integrative Counselling accredited with the BACP, Anita brings a wealth of expertise to her practice.
With experience spanning the voluntary sector, NHS, and private sector, Anita has worked with diverse presentations including anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, self-esteem, and identity. She has provided support to adults as both an integrative counsellor and CBT therapist, as well as adolescents aged 14 and over as a counsellor. Drawing from her 10 years of experience in the education sector as a teacher and college lecturer, Anita brings a unique perspective to her therapeutic work.
